We are seeking a highly organized and effective communicator to join our team as a Global Football Tour Coordinator. This role requires experience in managing large travel groups, with a focus on international destinations and developing tours.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Large Travel Groups: Coordinate and execute group travel programs for football fans, ensuring seamless logistics and exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and Execute Tours: Collaborate with vendors and destination leaders to create and promote group tours, leveraging quality vendors and destination expertise to deliver exceptional travel experiences.
- Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure profitable terms and services, ensuring the best possible value for our clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop product-marketing strategies, including constructing descriptive content for tours.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to and resolving customer complaints, anticipating issues, and identifying solutions to avoid customer service issues.
- Experience: Five plus years' experience in sports event planning, with an emphasis on international destinations and developing tours.
- Skills: Proven ability to effectively manage budgets, RFP processes, and contract negotiation; strong charter logistics skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adaptability and ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality, tourism, or business administration.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel on a regular basis to select international destinations.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
