Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Mechanic Technician III to join our team at Associated Ready Mixed Concrete. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on our fleet of heavy-duty tractors and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and hydraulic systems on heavy-duty tractors and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Inspect and identify vehicle conditions on different types of equipment such as tractors, trailers, or mixers
  • Install, select, or identify proper tire replacements and ensure compliance with DOT and company standards
  • Complete all maintenance duties as assigned, and repair all equipment on property
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of heavy-duty tractor maintenance experience
  • 3+ years experience working on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
  • Must have own tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates degree, technical school certificate or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of heavy-duty tractor maintenance experience
  • 4+ years experience working on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
  • 2+ years experience welding
