Overview

We are AccentCare Medical Group - a family of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to individuals with serious illnesses and those nearing the end of life.

We offer a continuum of care, spanning from patients' homes and virtual spaces to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and acute care hospitals. Our team is passionate about delivering patient-centered care that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Our multidisciplinary team includes intensivists, oncologists, geriatricians, family medicine physicians, emergency medicine specialists, internal medicine physicians, nephrologists, and hospice and palliative care professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert symptom management and ongoing goals of care discussions with patients and their families.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, working effectively with seriously ill and/or terminal patients and their loved ones.
  • Collaborate closely with medical directors, team physicians, and leaders to ensure continuity of care that aligns with the hospice philosophy and patients' wishes.
  • Work seamlessly with all members of the hospice team to deliver holistic care.
  • In inpatient settings, provide visit responsibilities and include call duties as part of rounding responsibilities.
  • Complete all documentation within 24 hours of each visit.
Qualifications

To succeed as a Visit Physician, you must maintain an active medical license and DEA registration in the state where you provide care.
