We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Management to join our team at Epsilon Data Interactive, Inc.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a proven track record of leading product development and go-to-market strategies. They will be responsible for defining and articulating new opportunities, working closely with executive leadership, technology teams, and business teams to meet specific goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate product vision and lead go-to-market initiatives for new product offerings, ensuring positioning and packaging align with market requirements and growth.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and manage a product roadmap, including the definition, prioritization, and execution of product enhancements and operational improvements designed to enhance revenue and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Meet with stakeholders, including clients, analysts, account management, sales, and product marketing, to identify market and client opportunities warranting new product solutions.
- Pricing Strategies: Develop, execute, and support pricing strategies based on product value and performance rather than time and effort.
- Market-Facing Collateral: Build compelling market-facing collateral that differentiates Epsilon's clean room capabilities from competitors, including case studies, product overviews, and deep dives.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, analytics, platform, and support, to drive product growth and adoption.
Requirements:
- Leadership and Communication: Ability to communicate vision to senior leadership and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Product Management Experience: 10+ years of product management experience with increasing level of responsibility.
- Technical and Business Acumen: Strong understanding of data-driven mar-tech, ad-tech, programmatic, and media measurement, as well as experience in adjacent areas such as data science, machine learning, and/or statistical modeling.
