The Associate Replenishment Procurement Specialist is responsible for achieving optimal inventory levels for assigned products/accounts and managing external customer relationships. This role requires problem-solving, forecasting, and data analysis to fulfill inventory needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inventory replenishment duties for designated accounts/distribution centers, including inventory management, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and forecasting trends.
- Establish and maintain regular communication with external customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring quick response times and satisfactory problem resolution.
- Collaborate with management and business analysts to make recommendations on process improvements.
- Responsible for maintaining an adequate in-stock position of inventory and ensuring inventory turnover to maximize sales while minimizing loss.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience; typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with contracts and inventory management, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Advanced MS Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
