  • Conduct inventory replenishment duties for designated accounts/distribution centers, including inventory management, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and forecasting trends.
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with external customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring quick response times and satisfactory problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with management and business analysts to make recommendations on process improvements.
  • Responsible for maintaining an adequate in-stock position of inventory and ensuring inventory turnover to maximize sales while minimizing loss.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience; typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with contracts and inventory management, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
