Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at CHI St. Alexius Health. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a critical role in assessing the nutritional status of patients and developing personalized nutrition plans to improve their health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments using recognized tools and standards to identify patients at nutritional risk.
  • Develop and implement targeted nutrition interventions, including customized education and counseling, to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Nutrition Services team to enhance patient experience and ensure accurate and timely delivery of nutrition services.
  • Participate in peer reviews and chart audits to ensure high-quality care and adherence to facility policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Valid dietitian licensure as required by state.
  • Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary environment and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
