Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at CHI St. Alexius Health. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a critical role in assessing the nutritional status of patients and developing personalized nutrition plans to improve their health outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments using recognized tools and standards.
  • Develop and implement targeted nutrition interventions to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient response to interventions and update plans as necessary.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nutrition care policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Valid dietitian licensure as required by state.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
