Job Summary:The Clinical Dietitian will be responsible for assessing the nutritional status of patients, developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nutrition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments of patients using recognized tools and techniques.
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on healthy eating habits, meal planning, and nutrition-related topics.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to nutrition plans as needed.
- Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- Valid dietitian licensure as required by state.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
