Inpatient Clinical Dietitian

As a Clinical Dietitian at CHI St. Alexius Health, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care by assessing and recommending personalized nutrition plans. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who share a passion for delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough nutritional assessments using standardized tools and protocols to identify patients at risk or requiring specialized care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement targeted nutrition interventions, providing patients and their families with customized education and support.
Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date nutrition care plans, monitoring patient progress and making adjustments as needed.
Work closely with the Food and Nutrition Services team to enhance patient satisfaction and experience, participating in menu reviews, trayline audits, and other quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field, with completion of an accredited dietitian program (ACEND).
Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and state licensure as required.
