About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Controls Sales Executive to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving sales growth in the building automation market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target vertical markets to achieve or exceed annual sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Position Carrier as the preferred provider of building automation solutions by showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
  • Utilize sales tools and data to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and measure sales performance.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of technical sales experience in the building automation or HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of building automation systems and HVAC technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
