Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in leading the team and achieving business objectives.
    • Build and maintain a strong team by observing interviews and department tours.
  • Culture and Engagement
    • Build a people-first culture by connecting with every teammate to foster mutual trust, respect, and a strong store recognition culture.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Plan, organize, and control daily operations with the guidance of the Assistant Store Manager, including building an effective approach and aligning necessary workforce to execute daily assignments, game plans, projects, or store events.
    • Strategically leverage teammates to ensure brand standards are met, programs and processes are executed daily, and tasks are delegated based on priority level.
  • Customer Experience
    • Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
    • Assist with training teammates on company procedures and programs, including onboarding new teammates and cross-training current teammates.
  • Store Operations
    • Assist the store leadership team with general supervision in the store, including opening and closing the store, performing Front End and Cash Office functions, and processing firearms sales in compliance with State and Federal ATF regulations, where applicable.
