Job Summary:

Marksman Security is seeking a highly skilled Concierge Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist residents, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide directions or information about the building and local area as needed.
  • Monitor building access to ensure only authorized individuals enter.
  • Maintain logs of visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
  • Monitor security cameras and respond to any potential security issues.
  • Receive, log, and store packages or deliveries for residents.
  • Notify residents of received packages or important mail.
  • Assist with outgoing packages and coordinating courier services.
  • Address resident inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly.
  • Assist with reservations for amenities such as fitness centers, pools, or meeting rooms.
  • Report maintenance issues or building problems.
  • Keep records of incidents, work orders, and service requests.
  • Update resident directories and manage parking assignments or guest lists.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Florida Security D licensing (Required).
  • Florida Valid Driver's License and clean driving history (Required).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) years previous security supervision or leadership experience required.
  • Working knowledge of Winteam and Tracktic Software.
  • Flexible/on-call schedule availability.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Attentive to detail.
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
  • Preferably bilingual.

Available Schedule and Location:

Hollywood

8 hours shifts - 7am-3pm

Weekend and vacation availability is required
