Responsibilities:
Carry out all phases of drywall installation and finishing, particularly focusing on rebar and concrete applications.

Exhibit extensive experience in various types and scales of residential drywall finishing, showcasing a successful history in rebar and concrete projects.


Conduct thorough inspections of drywall surfaces for any imperfections such as screw heads, misaligned joints, and inadequate hanging, marking surfaces appropriately before beginning work.


Ensure seamless drywall joints, effectively eliminating air bubbles, preventing tape blistering, and achieving tight finishes around electrical boxes.


Install corner bead, trim beads, and reveal beads with accuracy, ensuring they are straight, plumb, and securely positioned using string lines, laser equipment, square, or straight edge.

Independently oversee tasks on job sites, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and efficiently.

Possess the necessary skills to patch and repair existing drywall, restoring it to a like-new condition, with a particular focus on rebar and concrete applications.


Qualifications:
A valid Driver's License.


A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in drywall repairs and installations, with a strong emphasis on rebar and concrete projects.

Proficient use of stilts, baker scaffolding, and ladders, with a strong focus on safety in all operations.

Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication capabilities across diverse teams and projects.
