We are currently seeking a highly skilled Security Patrol Officer with a background in luxury residential environments. As a recognized leader in the Residential Services sector, our operations span across various locations in Florida.



Compensation:
$15.00/hour

Work Schedules Available:
Evening

Tuesday-Saturday 5pm-12am

Sunday-Monday 5pm-12am

Overnight

Tuesday-Saturday 12am-8am

Sunday-Monday 12am-8am

Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring the property is free from unauthorized individuals.

Informing guests of the regulations that must be followed.

Alerting the appropriate authorities in the event of a crime or incident.

Providing regular updates to supervisors.

Documenting any unusual activities for supervisory review.

Conducting patrols of private residential areas to prevent illegal actions, including theft, loitering, trespassing, and vandalism.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in security is essential.

Ability to manage a range of serious responsibilities effectively.

Must successfully complete thorough background checks.

Possession of a clean criminal record and valid driver's license.

A positive and approachable demeanor, capable of engaging with residents and guests.


Dedication to maintaining the safety of the premises by screening individuals seeking entry.

Ability to respond promptly to emergency situations.

Capability to provide basic information about the area and adherence to uniform standards.
