Patient Care Technician Learner

Job Summary:
The Patient Care Technician Learner will assist patients with basic care needs and learn from experienced nursing staff in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in an accredited RN Nursing program and has a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to nursing staff
* Participate in skills training and education programs to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements:
* Currently enrolled in an accredited RN Nursing program with one semester completed
* 12 college-level credit hours, including English Composition with a C or higher and an overall GPA of 2.0 or greater
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexible hours and collaborate with healthcare teams
