Controller Accounting Specialist

About Us

Cleveland CPA Accounting Firm is a dynamic regional public accounting firm dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals. As a Controller Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' accounting needs.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage inventory, including monthly closeout/roll, adjustments, and physical inventory processing
  2. Oversee accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and weekly aging reports
  3. Assist with month-end closing, journal entries, financial reports, accruals, and inter-company accounts
  4. Reconcile bank accounts monthly and prepare quarterly reports for the bank

Requirements
  • 3-8 years of experience in accounting roles
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, accounts payable and receivable, and month-end closing processes
  • Experience working in a blue-collar setting

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience. Our firm values collaboration, innovation, and ongoing education.
