Seeking a Financial Leader in Cleveland, OH

Everstaff is looking for a seasoned Controller to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing day-to-day financial operations.

The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance. They will also prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP, manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, and develop internal controls and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 4 years in a managerial or controller role. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, and CPA or CMA certification is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary of $160k - $180k per year, plus a 15% bonus potential, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
