Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Clinician to join our team at Commonwealth Catholic Charities. As a key member of our staff, you will provide individual and group counseling services to foreign-born children, helping them achieve effective personal and family development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' situations and develop tailored clinical treatment plans.
  • Lead individual and group counseling sessions, fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate case files, reports, and electronic records, ensuring compliance with state licensing, certification, and insurance standards.
  • Refer clients to relevant community organizations for additional services, as needed.
  • Stay current with required training and documentation, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth.
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, responding promptly to inquiries and providing records and progress reports as required.
  • Participate in treatment planning meetings, offering valuable feedback for case planning and addressing clients' needs.
  • Administer client surveys, questionnaires, and testing, as appropriate.
  • Attend program and agency meetings, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Ensure confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling clients' personal information and medical records.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, decision-making, problem-solving, oral, and written skills.
  • Utilize a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Maintain a cooperative and flexible attitude, with a commitment to representing the Agency in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Demonstrate sensitivity to the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
