Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our team at True Team Medical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling and therapy sessions to clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Document all treatment activities and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a mental health-related field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work).
- Minimum 1 year of direct clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health issues.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
