Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to customers and partners, ensuring timely resolution of issues
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Knowledge Base articles and technical bulletins
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and improve customer experience
* Travel to customer sites as needed to resolve critical issues
* Participate in on-call support rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage
