Job SummaryWe are seeking a Principal Product Owner/Technical Business Analyst to join our Digital Health team. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to advance existing technology and introduce new therapies in the digital health space.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Product Design teams to develop and prioritize features for our digital health products.
- Work with stakeholders to understand customer needs and define product roadmaps.
- Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer and stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with architects to define technical and design discovery requirements for features.
- Intake input/feedback/insights from customers, stakeholders, and the scrum team to evaluate value and make informed decisions.
- Maintain the team backlog of defects, user stories, and enablers.
- Define features and collaborate with the scrum team to elaborate on stories encompassing the feature.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems, digital, or software development or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years experience.
- Previous experience in a Product Owner role.
- 10+ years experience in the medical device industry in systems, digital, or software development with a proven track record.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Experience in 5+ major product or portfolio releases.
- Experience in a regulated product industry.
- Ability to quickly understand complex system behaviors, engineering problems, technical, and architectural constraints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for convincing others of the value of their ideas.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $136,000.00 - $204,000.00
