As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the foundation, core infrastructure, and components of our LLM testing, evaluation, and optimization product. You will work closely with our founding team to ideate, prototype, and deliver innovative solutions that address user needs and create value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance, and reliable software components
  • Evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and best practices to shape the technical direction of the company
  • Collaborate with the founding team to deliver innovative solutions that meet user needs and create value for customers
  • Implement rigorous testing, code reviews, and continuous integration processes to maintain high-quality, production-ready code
  • Champion user experience and ensure that our platform remains user-friendly, accessible, and delivers a seamless experience
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time professional experience in commercial software engineering with a focus on full stack development
  • Strong product sense and ability to leverage technical expertise to solve customer and business problems
  • Pro-social, strong communicator who enjoys working on a tight-knit collaborative team
  • Ability to work on-site, in-person, 3+ days a week at our beautiful office in Boulder, CO
