Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to the sales team by maintaining up-to-date records of POs and orders. You will work closely with established accounts to ensure their websites are current, supporting the Barings Distributions division. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Maintaining accurate records of POs and orders
  • Working with established accounts to ensure website updates
  • Supporting the Barings Distributions division

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong data entry skills

Job Type: This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site: This is a fully on-site position in Issaquah, Washington.
