Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough audits of all credit card transactions, financial documentation, occupancy rates, room charges, and cash drawer activities.
  • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to management and department heads.
  • Ensure that every guest enjoys an outstanding experience during their stay.
  • Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting tasks as required.
  • Handle inquiries, manage reservations and check-ins, coordinate housekeeping and security requests, address guest complaints, and fulfill other front office responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in computer usage is essential; familiarity with reservation and accounting software is advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are necessary.
  • Experience in front desk operations, guest services, or as a night auditor is preferred but not essential.
  • A flexible schedule is required to accommodate overnight shifts.
