This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to expand our service offerings, specifically in outsourced accounting, monthly financial reporting, and U.S. GAAP financial statements. You will be responsible for building and managing a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general accounting and financial advisory services to clients
  • Expand our service offerings in outsourced accounting, monthly financial reporting, and U.S. GAAP financial statements
  • Build and manage a growing team
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • CPA license or relevant accounting certification
  • 10+ years of experience in audit and/or accounting role with a minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting standards
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience preparing financial statements using GAAP or other basis of accounting
  • Knowledge of GAAP and standards related to compiled/reviewed financial statements
  • Draft and/or review consolidated GAAP financial statements, work papers, footnotes, etc.
  • Perform technical accounting research on complex transactions and prepare documentation outlining issues and conclusions
  • Experience with Excel at an advanced level, including understanding and ability to use pivot tables, V-Lookups, H-Lookups, If/then statements, etc.
  • Demonstrated prior team supervision and management experience with team accountability
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development, strategy, and practice development
  • Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop staff
