UCLA Department of Psychology Lecturer Position

We are seeking a highly qualified Lecturer in Psychology to join our team at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in one or more of the following areas: Behavior Neuroscience, Clinical Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Health Psychology, Quantitative, and Social Psychology.
The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. or equivalent and a strong teaching background. Salary is commensurate with qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach undergraduate courses in Psychology
• Develop and implement course materials and assessments
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
• Participate in departmental service and committee work
• Contribute to the development of the Psychology curriculum
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
• Ph.D. or equivalent in Psychology or a related field
• Strong teaching and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
