UCLA Department of Psychology Lecturer Position

**About the Position**
We are seeking a highly qualified Lecturer in Psychology to join our team at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in one or more of the following areas: Behavior Neuroscience, Clinical Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Health Psychology, Quantitative, and Social Psychology.
**Responsibilities**
The Lecturer will be expected to teach a variety of courses, develop and implement curriculum, and contribute to the department's research and service missions. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. or equivalent in Psychology and a strong teaching philosophy that emphasizes student-centered learning and engagement.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent in Psychology and a strong teaching background. The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to the department's research and service missions. A list of current psychology courses offered can be found on the UCLA Registrar's course catalog.

Applicants must submit a CV, teaching statement, contribution to diversity statement, and at least one letter of recommendation from someone who can address their teaching effectiveness. Candidates invited for an interview will be asked to submit a sample syllabus and a teaching sample (video).
