We serve customers in 59 locations throughout the West and are seeking an Infrastructure Analyst I or II to join our Infrastructure and Operations department in Spokane, Washington, or Rocklin, California.

Job Summary

This full-time position reports to the Director, Infrastructure Services and is primarily responsible for the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of networks, video conferencing, voice systems, and Windows endpoints.

The successful candidate will provide Tier 2 support to the Service Desk, escalate to managed service providers or vendors as required, and participate in network monitoring and management, including local area and wireless networks (LANs/WLANs), voice services, and data circuits.

Responsibilities
  • Perform system administration tasks across IT infrastructure technologies, including endpoint hardware, software, audio/video, and SaaS tools.
  • Participate in network monitoring and management, including LANs/WLANs, voice services, and data circuits.
  • Provide Tier 2 support to the Service Desk, escalating to managed service providers or vendors as required.
  • Perform troubleshooting of low to moderately complex issues relative to application and infrastructure components.
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise and training for digital workplace technologies to Tier 1 service desk staff and line-of-business employees.
  • Participate in systems administration and timely patching of endpoints and infrastructure components.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of AgWest business practices, products, and key systems.
  • Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Generally requires 1-2 years of IT support experience.
  • Working knowledge of Windows architecture, Active Directory, networking, and related security features.
  • Working knowledge of IP networking, network equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Business acumen coupled with good technology and understanding and awareness.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience troubleshooting network services, specifically DHCP DNS, and NTP.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams voice configuration for individuals.
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows endpoints.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 core applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
  • Experience working with third-party managed service providers and vendors.
  • Experience supporting these technologies in the Financial Services industry.
