This position requires working with at-risk adolescents 12 to 18 years of age. Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral support to clients
- Observe and manage client behavior
- Develop and implement individualized plans for clients
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with at-risk youth is preferred
- Ability to complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License required
- FBI DHS, Childline and Criminal Clearance required
