Nuclear Medicine Imaging Specialist

This role involves performing various nuclear imaging procedures and therapies in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Key responsibilities include analyzing results, identifying issues with imaging quality, and taking appropriate action to resolve these issues.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for educating patients regarding procedures, equipment, and exams to ensure their understanding and cooperation.
Additionally, the individual will be responsible for preparing equipment and supplies, implementing safety standards, and performing quality control procedures on equipment.
A Nuclear Certification and Registration from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board is required within 12 months of hire.
