Your leadership will empower your team to assist partners in crafting consumer-focused marketing strategies, developing impactful creative solutions, and assessing brand perception and risk.
The Guest Insights team within Roundel is committed to analyzing consumer behaviors, preferences, and motivations across our diverse business sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Consumer Insights Analyst, you will report directly to the Director of Guest Engagement.
Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our guests, focusing on their shopping habits and emotional connections to our brand.
Your contributions to the Guest Engagement team will be instrumental in shaping strategic business decisions aimed at identifying growth opportunities.
You will be tasked with designing and implementing consumer research initiatives, analyzing guest and sales data, and integrating various analytics to support critical business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years in Marketing Research, Consumer Insights, or Data Analytics
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders
