Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Construction Management Professional to join our team at Highland Consulting Group.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will assist the Project Manager in managing and supervising all phases of assigned projects, preparing and managing schedules, estimating change orders, and assisting in negotiating all change orders and maintaining change order logs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines and budgets
  • Assist in cost estimation and negotiating
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
  • Ensure project records and close-out documents are up to date
  • Assist with project punch-list inspection and issue punch list to relevant subcontractors
  • Manage the submittal process and respond to RFI's as needed

Requirements:

  • Solid communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to establish timelines and budgets
  • Experience in cost estimation and negotiating
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to lead productive meetings and collaborate with team members
