Job Overview
The role of a Construction Management Assistant is to provide administrative support to Project Managers in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include assisting with project coordination, preparing and tracking construction documentation, organizing project files, monitoring tasks requiring follow-up, collaborating with the accounting team for payment processing, and researching suggestions for improving company processes.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in the construction industry, a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related field, excellent organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritize assignments while remaining effective in a fast-paced team environment.
