Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business, or public administration, or a closely related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources administration and management, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment, selection, and retention, benefits administration, employee relations, claims and compensation, compliance, county-wide/local government programs, HRIS systems, and developing training programs.
  • Government Experience: Experience in a government or local government position.
