Overview:
UnityPoint Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our OB/GYN clinic team. As a Women's Health Care Specialist, you will contribute to providing exceptional care to women throughout their reproductive health journey.

Responsibilities:
Assist OB/GYN providers in conducting patient assessments, examinations, and procedures. Educate patients on prenatal care, family planning, contraceptive options, and women's health issues. Perform and assist with prenatal screenings, ultrasounds, and other diagnostic tests. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered by providers. Coordinate patient referrals to specialists, diagnostic facilities, and support services as needed. Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records (EHR) and documentation of patient care. Support patients emotionally and provide guidance during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum periods.

Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa. Prior nursing experience in OB/GYN, women's health, or related specialty preferred. Knowledge of prenatal care, labor and delivery processes, and postpartum care. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
