We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience, or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Preferred Qualifications- Proven experience in leading large-scale engineering projects within the aerospace industry.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with earned value management, risk management, and customer interactions.
- Technical proficiency in developing avionics systems and familiarity with regulatory and certification processes such as TSO, MIL-STD, DO-160, DO-254, DO-178B/C, DO-297, APR4754A.
