The Float Member Service Representative (MSR) is responsible for delivering exceptional service to both current and prospective members while ensuring accurate and efficient transaction processing. The MSR is expected to warmly greet all members upon their arrival and respond to phone inquiries promptly, directing them to the appropriate resources for assistance. Maintaining a balanced cash drawer and addressing discrepancies is also a key responsibility. Additionally, the MSR will actively promote various products and services, particularly those that enhance members' ability to manage their accounts independently.

  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to all members, ensuring immediate acknowledgment upon entry and quick phone response times.
  • Execute assigned tasks with precision, adhering to established departmental standards.
  • Proactively suggest additional products and services to each member, identifying and leveraging cross-selling opportunities.
  • Adhere to all relevant credit union policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively to resolve member concerns, seeking assistance when necessary.
