Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Office Director to join our team at Windsor Health & Rehabilitation Center LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the business operations of our center, including billing, collections, and resident trust accounting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, with experience in leading teams and managing complex financial transactions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs, as well as analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the business operations of the center, including billing, collections, and resident trust accounting
  • Lead and develop a team of staff members in the business office
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless financial transactions
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
