Clinical Team Lead

A Caring Alternative, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our Adult Mental Health Services team. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of clinicians, providing individual therapy, and directing the day-to-day operations of the team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of clinicians to ensure the delivery of best and ethical practices
- Direct the day-to-day operations of the team, including scheduling staff work hours to ensure adequate coverage
- Provide individual therapy for individuals served by the team
- Develop and implement behavioral interventions, such as modeling, behavior modification, and behavior rehearsal
- Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or a related field
- 1 year of professional adult mental health work experience
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
