Job Summary

The Dining Room Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the dining room operations, ensuring a high level of service and hospitality to our guests. This includes supervising dining room servers, setting up and operating the dining room, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise dining room servers and ensure they provide excellent service to our guests.
  • Set up and operate the dining room, including arranging tables, chairs, and linens.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to NC Health Regulations.
  • Monitor uniform standards and ensure all staff meet the required standards.
  • Oversee the buffet line, including setting up and operating the buffet, and ensuring a smooth service.
  • Assist with break attendants, setting up and operating beverage and break stations.
Requirements
  • Practiced in culinary presentation and able to communicate well one-on-one and in group settings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially using email and telephone.
  • Familiar with and well-practiced in North Carolina health and safety codes.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time and project management skills.
  • Commitment to hospitality and excellence.
Working Conditions

The Dining Room Team Lead will work in a conventional dining room environment, with extended daily, evening, and weekend hours required.

Benefits

Associate or Seasonal employees may work up to 19 hours a week (not to exceed 1000 hours a year (calendar/sequential)), and are not eligible for any benefits.
