Procurement Governance Specialist

Ampcus Inc. is a leading provider of technology and business consulting services. We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Governance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data preparation for executive meetings and weekly/monthly compliance efforts.
  • Compile training documentation, including the procurement manual.
  • Conduct research on procurement topics and prepare summaries.
  • Provide suggestions for process improvements based on experience.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating dependability, punctuality, and a pleasant demeanor.
  • Schedule workdays to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and other office products.
  • Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI is a plus.
