Job Title: Senior Integration and Automation Specialist

Location: Energy Corridor, In-Office 4 Days a Week

Overview:

Optimus - People. Solutions. Delivered. is seeking a Senior Integration and Automation Specialist to join their team. This role is crucial in designing, developing, and leading the implementation of automated solutions and system integrations to enhance business operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in integration and automation engineering, with a strong background in AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, SNS, and SQS. They will also have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement automated solutions and system integrations to optimize business processes.
  • Lead integration and automation projects, establish technical direction, and drive collaboration across teams.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python and.NET.
  • Utilize AWS services to support integration and automation initiatives.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and technology solutions.
  • Apply DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in delivering IT solutions to business initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in integration and automation engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python and.NET scripting for development and automation tasks.
  • Extensive experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, SNS, SQS).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and data integration methodologies.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, IaC).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect and/or AWS Certified Developer (preferred).
