- Alcanzar el presupuesto de ventas de comercio electrónico y los objetivos de compromiso digital establecidos para el área de negocio específica mediante la creación de experiencias de cliente atractivas de principio a fin, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, la página de inicio, experiencias destacadas, búsqueda y navegación.
- Colaborar con el equipo de Experiencia Digital en la estrategia y ejecución de las experiencias del sitio, así como en la integración de oportunidades de monetización de marketing de precisión.

- Buscar e identificar tendencias de consumidores, mercado, industria y globales para nuevas formas de satisfacer las necesidades del cliente y fomentar el compromiso; monitorear continuamente el panorama competitivo.
- Educar y comunicar la estrategia digital a los socios comerciales, proporcionándoles las herramientas necesarias para ejecutar los planes comerciales.
- Supervisar y capacitar a los informes directos en el desempeño de sus funciones; completar evaluaciones de desempeño y proporcionar retroalimentación a los informes directos.

MINIMO
- Más de 3 años de experiencia en merchandising, marketing o digital con una comprensión demostrada del comercio electrónico, merchandising minorista y comportamiento del cliente.
