The Ideal Candidate:

  • \
  • You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to transport clients as needed.\
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.\
  • You are physically able to perform the duties of the position, which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.\
  • You are CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified within 30 days of employment.\
  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent and are able to pass a background check.\
  • You are passionate about working with individuals with special needs and are committed to delivering person-centered care.\
  • You are available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.\
  • You are a team player who is flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
