About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Corona Rehabilitation Hospital in Corona, CA.

Job Summary

The LPN/LVN will practice under the direction of the professional Registered Nurse (RN) and implement nursing care for assigned patients. The ideal candidate will have strong basic patient care skills, clerical stocking, phlebotomy, and specific patient care duties.

Responsibilities
  • Implement nursing care for assigned patients
  • Assist the RN in the assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of nursing care
  • Demonstrate competency in strong basic patient care skills, clerical stocking, phlebotomy, and specific patient care duties
  • Actively demonstrate a passion for patient care and service recovery
  • Follows standard of care as defined within scope of Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse and reflects the American Nurses Association's Code of Ethics for Nurses and the Nurse Practice Act

Qualifications
  • Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the State of California
  • Current BLS (CPR) required through the American Heart Association
