About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Corona Rehabilitation Hospital in Corona, CA. As a subacute nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the rehabilitation process.

Responsibilities
  • Implement nursing care for assigned patients and assist the RN in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of nursing care.
  • Demonstrate competency in strong basic patient care skills, clerical stocking, phlebotomy, specific patient care duties, and other departmental duties as requested.
  • Actively demonstrate a passion for patient care while displaying service recovery if needed and service excellence at all times.
  • Follow standard of care as defined within scope of Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse and reflect the American Nurses Association's Code of Ethics for Nurses and the Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications
  • Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the State of California
  • Current BLS (CPR) required through the American Heart Association
