Licensed Practical Nurse Subacute

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a subacute setting. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Implement nursing care for assigned patients and assist the RN in the assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Demonstrate competency in strong basic patient care skills, clerical stocking, phlebotomy, specific patient care duties, and other departmental duties as requested.
- Actively demonstrate a passion for patient care while demonstrating service recovery if needed and displays service excellence at all times.
- Follows standard of care as defined within scope of Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse and reflects the American Nurses Association's Code of Ethics for Nurses and the Nurse Practice Act.
