Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Corona Rehabilitation Hospital in Corona, CA. As a member of our subacute care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Implement nursing care for assigned patients and assist the RN in the assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of nursing care.
  • Demonstrate competency in strong basic patient care skills, clerical stocking, phlebotomy, specific patient care duties, and other departmental duties as requested.
  • Actively demonstrate a passion for patient care while demonstrating service recovery if needed and displays service excellence at all times.
  • Follows standard of care as defined within scope of Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse and reflects the American Nurses Association's Code of Ethics for Nurses and the Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications
  • Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the State of California.
