The perfect candidate will possess a background in digital marketing, advocacy, or related fields, coupled with a passion for delivering impactful results through high-quality work. They excel in frontline operations, assisting partners with top-tier advocacy tools and strategic performance insights.

With a calm and composed demeanor, they tackle challenges head-on, adeptly troubleshooting issues as they arise.

This role requires availability during West Coast hours, specifically from 9am PST to 5pm PST.


Key Responsibilities:

Your daily activities may involve:

  • Crafting tailored engagement strategies for partners to maximize their use of Speak4 and fully leverage our advocacy programs from the outset.
  • Handling partner support inquiries, ranging from new campaign setups to reporting issues, while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Creating product updates and implementation guides to help partners utilize the latest features and capabilities of the platform.
  • Collaborating with sales to ensure a comprehensive onboarding experience for new partners, facilitating their unique advocacy initiatives with smooth campaign setups.
  • Working alongside marketing to develop new feature materials and enhance existing onboarding resources.
  • Acting as the primary advocate for our partners internally, proactively providing them with necessary information.

  • Continuously seek improvement opportunities, embracing and providing constructive feedback.

What We Expect:

Success in this role requires resilience and dedication. We seek a proven support professional with a minimum of two years' experience in customer success or service roles.

A solid understanding of how Speak4 integrates into the broader digital marketing landscape is essential, which is why we require at least one year of experience in digital marketing, advocacy, or public affairs.

As a digital-first organization, proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft and Google products, is necessary, along with familiarity with CRM systems, task management tools, and communication platforms.

Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility are crucial, as our team manages multiple priorities simultaneously, and we need a proactive teammate ready to contribute from day one.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, ensuring transparency about your work and readiness to assist others.
