- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, using computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel to manage product and customer information.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a sales or retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to customer inquiries.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other industry-specific software.
This role may require occasional exposure to store areas where temperatures may be cool or cold, such as the Deli Department and Freezer. The majority of the work environment will be in a typical office setting with room temperature, lighting, and standard office equipment.
